- Includes (1) bottle of Surface Cleaner, (1) bottle of Preservation Treatment, (1) bottle of Stain Remover, (1) pair of reusable latex rubber gloves, (1) reusable paper cloth and (1) spray nozzle.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
- Instruction for use: Shake bottle well before use. Spray on to required surface and simply wipe off in a circular movements with a clean cloth.
- Determine your desired result by testing a discrete area. Sweep, wipe or vacuum the surface first to remove general oil. Apply the desired solution by mop, brush or spray onto the stone or tile. Allow product to work on soiled area for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Shake the solution with mop, brush or nylon pad depending on the surface texture, do not allow to dry. Cleaning can be carried out manually or by scrubbing machine subject to the size of floor area involved. Mop or wet vacuum up dirty solution and rinse thoroughly with clean water and remove any excess residues.
- Once applied, will protect your natural stone surface from absorbing any water or oil-based substances. Certain natural stones (marble, limestone) will remain sensitive to acidic etching. We recommend any spillage be cleaned up immediately as a matter of good housekeeping.
- We do recommend applying a coat of Defensive every 4/6 months on areas of high use. Before application of treatment make sure that your natural stone is clean and dry, apply one coat of the product evenly by cloth in circular movements. Fully effective within 24-48 hours before resuming normal use of surface.
- In the case of very absorbent surfaces apply a second coat one hour later.
- Product will remain effective if applied correctly as per instructions and following the correct maintenance procedures, without using solvent acid or alkaline based detergents.
FRONT DOOR DELIVERY
Smaller items are shipped using our Standard Parcel service, and delivered by Canada Post or Purolator. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. If your package cannot be delivered, you will receive a notice from the carrier with pick-up instructions or re-delivery options.

UNLIMITED FLAT RATE DELIVERY – FURNITURE + OVERSIZED ITEMS
An unlimited number of eligible furniture items can be delivered for a single flat rate, per shipping address. These items will be delivered by our In-Home Delivery & Assembly service provider where items are brought into your home, unpacked and assembled (some exclusions apply) and the packaging is responsibly removed.
Eligible items will show "White Glove Delivery" on the product page.

EASY RETURNS
At Pottery Barn, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and cheque refunds over $100 will be issued as a company cheque (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.
We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.
