Construction

Expertly crafted from solid kiln-dried hardwood with birch veneers, and reinforced with corner blocking for structural integrity.
Kiln-dried wood helps prevent warping, splitting, cracking and developing mildew.
The use of veneers results in high-quality furniture that has elegant surfaces and consistent colour tones that will not be subject to cracking.
Edge rubbed by hand to reveal hints of the wood grain beneath using a multi-step process that includes sanding, toning, painting and glazing.
Sealed with protective lacquer for moisture resistance.
Holds up to a 55" flat-screen TV.
Centre section features 2 adjustable shelves for additional storage.
Door hardware can be switched so that doors open to the left or right.
Features cord cutouts for cord organization.

Care

To protect finish, do not apply abrasives or household cleaners, dust with soft dry cloth.
Always use coasters, pads cloth or felt to protect furniture surface.
Wipe up spills immediately.
Do not expose to direct sunlight or excessive temps.
Hardware may loosen over time, periodically check to make sure all connections are tight and retighten if necessary.

Assembly

Modular units can be secured together using supplied hardware to provide the look and feel of custom cabinetry.
White Glove Service:Items are delivered to your room of choice by appointment, then unpacked and fully assembled by a skilled two-person team. Includes packaging removal and recycling. Fee varies by location and order total.

Shipping & Returns

FRONT DOOR DELIVERY

Smaller items are shipped using our Standard Parcel service, and delivered by Canada Post or Purolator. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. If your package cannot be delivered, you will receive a notice from the carrier with pick-up instructions or re-delivery options.

UNLIMITED FLAT RATE DELIVERY – FURNITURE + OVERSIZED ITEMS

An unlimited number of eligible furniture items can be delivered for a single flat rate, per shipping address. These items will be delivered by our In-Home Delivery & Assembly service provider where items are brought into your home, unpacked and assembled (some exclusions apply) and the packaging is responsibly removed.

Eligible items will show "White Glove Delivery" on the product page.

EASY RETURNS

At Pottery Barn, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and cheque refunds over $100 will be issued as a company cheque (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.
