Overview
Construction
- Expertly crafted of kiln-dried rubberwood and engineered wood.
- Finished in our exclusive Seadrift finish, Grey Wash, Bone white or Warm Black.
- Expertly crafted of solid kiln-dried wood. Kiln-dried wood helps prevent warping, splitting, cracking, and developing mildew.
- Headboard is tightly upholstered and shown on website in Park Weave in Oatmeal. You can choose from made-to-order fabrics to make this your own style.
- Slat-roll support system.
- Bed is designed for use without a box spring.
- A box spring or foundation is optional, but recommended to ensure optimal mattress support and longevity.
- Adjustable levelers provide stability on uneven surfaces.
- Contract Grade: Thoughtfully designed and expertly engineered to meet rigorous testing standards and best practices from select ANSI/BIFMA testing protocols.

Care
- To protect finish, do not apply abrasives or household cleaners, dust with soft dry cloth.
- Do not expose to direct sunlight or excessive temps.
- Hardware may loosen over time, periodically check to make sure all connections are tight and retighten if necessary.
Assembly
- White Glove Service: Items are delivered to your room of choice by appointment, then unpacked and fully assembled by a skilled two-person team. Includes packaging removal and recycling. Fee varies by location and order total.

STEPS FOR SUCCESSFUL FURNITURE DELIVERY
- Measure your space and mark out the dimensions on the floor.
- Confirm all dimensions of the product, including diagonal depth.
- Measure the interior space of doorways, passages and stairwells to make sure the furniture will get through.
- Measure carefully as we cannot be responsible for items that do not fit in your home.

Need design help? We offer free, no-strings-attached Interior Design Services. Get advice and inspiration from our specialists in-store, over the phone or by email. Designers will even make in-home visits, where they can take measurements, discuss colour options, and give tips on any room.

Shipping & Returns
FRONT DOOR DELIVERY
Smaller items are shipped using our Standard Parcel service, and delivered by Canada Post or Purolator. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. If your package cannot be delivered, you will receive a notice from the carrier with pick-up instructions or re-delivery options.

UNLIMITED FLAT RATE DELIVERY – FURNITURE + OVERSIZED ITEMS
An unlimited number of eligible furniture items can be delivered for a single flat rate, per shipping address. These items will be delivered by our In-Home Delivery & Assembly service provider where items are brought into your home, unpacked and assembled (some exclusions apply) and the packaging is responsibly removed.
Eligible items will show "White Glove Delivery" on the product page.

EASY RETURNS
At Pottery Barn, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and cheque refunds over $100 will be issued as a company cheque (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.
We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.
