Construction

Finish is hand applied in layers, with distressing and burnished edges that give the collection the look of a well-loved antique.
Cabinet bases require top sold separately.
Depending on the setup you select, there is a corresponding top – 16", 32" or 64".
32" top fits (1) 32" cabinet or (2) 16" cabinets.
64" top fits (2) 32" cabinets or (4) 16" cabinets.
The 32" glass door cabinet base fits media components up to 30" wide.
Glass doors permit the use of remote controls while protecting your components.
Two and three drawer file cabinets hold both letter or legal sized hanging folders.
Cutouts keep cords organized and easily accessible.
Tuscan Chestnut finished pieces are built from solid pine and pine veneer; hardware has an antique brass finish.
Seadrift finished pieces are built from solid ash and white oak veneers with MDF; hardware has an antique bronze finish.
Adjustable levelers provide stability on uneven surfaces.
Anti-tip kit included: comes with safety-tested mounting hardware, instructions and a nylon strap. To prevent injuries from furniture tip-over, this item should be securely fixed to the wall. how to install anti-tip kits.

Assembly

Some items require simple assembly.
White Glove Service: Items are delivered to your room of choice by appointment, then unpacked and fully assembled by a skilled two-person team. Includes packaging removal and recycling. Fee varies by location and order total.

Shipping & Returns

FRONT DOOR DELIVERY

Smaller items are shipped using our Standard Parcel service, and delivered by Canada Post or Purolator. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. If your package cannot be delivered, you will receive a notice from the carrier with pick-up instructions or re-delivery options.

UNLIMITED FLAT RATE DELIVERY – FURNITURE + OVERSIZED ITEMS

An unlimited number of eligible furniture items can be delivered for a single flat rate, per shipping address. These items will be delivered by our In-Home Delivery & Assembly service provider where items are brought into your home, unpacked and assembled (some exclusions apply) and the packaging is responsibly removed.

Eligible items will show "White Glove Delivery" on the product page.

EASY RETURNS

At Pottery Barn, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Within 30 days, you may return most items for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment, cash and cheque refunds over $100 will be issued as a company cheque (may take 14 business days from time of request). Please note that returned items must be in new condition.

We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, custom upholstery or on items damaged through normal wear and tear. Final sale items ending in .97 or .99 cannot be returned.
